What are the different types of fishing reels

The 3 main types of fishing reels are low profile, baitcast, and spinning reels. Low Profile is the newer hybrid that is characterized by feeling comfortable in the hand, having a large spool for line, and an oversize gear for added power. Baitcast reels are more traditional reels with both power and line capacity. Baitcast reels are for professionals becaus4e casting is difficult and if you are not precise your spool of line can become tangled. Then there is my personal favorite the spinning reel because I find it easier to cast. In addition i like how the reel spins around itself.
