Well, with the rececion I think projects that can save you money are good ones. Although with everybody cutting back I bet contractors would give you cheap deal on anything. How about one of these:
Remodel Bathroom
Remodel Kitchen
Those are kindof borring so, this is what I really want to do: I don't like pools that much becasue they go unused for 9 months of the year. I wanted to build a gazeebo for a hot tube. In the gazeebo I would have a firepit for grilling and a TV. Finally, I would put in stones as a path to the gazeebo Just my idea, I hope you can use it!
