A recording of a 911 call from Tiger Woods’ accident will be released today, a Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman said in an e-mail to the news media Sunday morning.
The call was placed at 2:28 a.m. Friday by one of Mr. Woods’ neighbors who had been awakened by the sound of the superstar golfer’s SUV slamming a fire hydrant and tree, according to police. Police aren’t expected to release the identity of the caller.
